I asked a friend who served his church mission in Peru which restaurant he recommended I try. He told me his top two, one of which was Se Llama Peru. He also said to try their Lomo Saltado dish. It's basically a type of Peruvian stir fry with steak and french fries, and it was delicious! I took another friend there and we enjoyed everything!
